Day 30

I am no longer a loser. I am more than a conqueror.
Today, I am an over-comer in every area of my life.

Romans 8:35-39 (NLT)
Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean He no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, if we are hungry, if we are cold or in danger, threatened with death? (Even the Scriptures say, “For your sake we are killed every day; we are being slaughtered like sheep.” Psalm 44:22)

No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loves us.

Day 29

True peace starts with my thought life,
regardless of my circumstances.

Philippians 4:4-9 (NLT)
Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again—rejoice! Let everyone see that you are considerate in all you do. Remember, the Lord is coming soon.

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need and thank Him for all He has done. If you do this, you will experience God’s peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.

Day 28

I have abundant life because of my relationship with God,
not because of my circumstances.

John 10:9-10 (NLT)
Yes, I (Jesus) am the gate. Those who come in through me will be saved. Wherever they go, they will find green pastures. The thief’s purpose is to steal, kill and destroy. My purpose is to give life in all its fullness.

Jesus is not talking to us about the future in these verses, He is talking about now. Now is one of the primary words in our spiritual vocabulary.

Day 27

I can trust my God.
He does for me what I cannot do on my own.

Ephesians 6:10-12 (NASB)
Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.

Ephesians 1:16-21 (NASB) Paul’s Prayer for Spiritual Wisdom

Day 26

God knows my true heart and thoughts.
The Holy Spirit changes me on the inside
before it shows on the outside.

1 Chronicles 28:9 (NASB)
“As for you, my son Solomon, know the God of your father, and serve Him with your whole heart and a willing mind; for the LORDsearches all hearts, and understands every intent of the thoughts. If you seek Him, He will let you find Him; but if you forsake Him, He will reject you forever.”

John 14:15-18 (NASB)
“If you love me, you will keep my commandments. I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may be with you forever; that is the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it does not see Him or know Him, because He abides with you and will be in you.

Day 25

I am no longer who I was.
I am becoming who my God created me to be.

1 Peter 1:21-23 (NLT)
Through Christ you have come to trust in God. And because God raised Christ from the dead and gave Him great glory, your faith and hope can be confidently placed in God. Now you can have sincere love for each other as brothers and sisters because you were cleansed from your sins when you accepted the truth of the Good News. So see to it that you really do love each other intensely with all your hearts.

Day 24

I can trust my God to lead me.
When my trust is in man alone, he will fail me.

Psalms 40 (NASB)  A Psalm of David
I waited patiently for the LORD; and He inclined to me and heard my cry.
He brought me up out of the pit of destruction, out of the miry clay,
And He set my feet upon a rock making my footsteps firm.
He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God;
Many will see and fear and will trust in the LORD.

How blessed is the man who has made the LORDhis trust,
And has not turned to the proud, nor to those who lapse into falsehood.

Day 23

God has created me;
special and wonderfully with a purpose in life.
My life is not an accident.

2 Timothy 1:7-9(NASB)
For God has not given us a spirit of timidity, but of power and love and discipline. Therefore, do not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord or of me His prisoner, but join with me in suffering for the gospel according to the power of God, who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was granted us in Christ Jesus from all eternity.

Day 22

I now have a standard I can follow for how to live my life.
I am learning how to really live, God’s way.

Matthew 22:36-40 (NASB)
“’Teacher, what is the greatest commandment in the Law?” And He said to him, “You shall love the LORDyour God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all of your mind.’This is the great and foremost commandment. The second is like it, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’On these two commandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets.”

Micah 6:8 (NASB)

Day 21

God disciplines those He loves and who love Him.
He works all things out for good, even my poor choices.

Romans 8:26-30 (NASB)
In the same way the Spirit also helps us in our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groaning’s deep for words; and He who searches our hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.

And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
