A thought to consider for today

Don't judge your day by what you reap. (What is in it for me?)
Judge your day by the seeds you have sown. (Have I done my part in helping others to be more, do better, have a good day?)
Do you live in a constant state of anticipation for how God is going to participate in your day, leaving room for Him to come in His way? (Keeping the lid to your mental box open.)

A thought to consider for today.

When we live our life in service to God this is a deliberate love gift of a nature that has heard the call of God. How we serve God is an expression of our nature along with our gifts and talents coming from the uniqueness and value our Creator has given to each of us.

A thought to consider for today

To be called is an expression of the nature of The One who calls us. We can only recognize the call if that same nature is in us. God's call reflects His heart and His nature, not ours. It is when we say yes to what we are being called to that our nature is being transformed into the nature of The One who has called us.

Have you said lately, "Here I am Lord. Send me."

A thought to consider for today.

When we recognize God's grace for our daily life, He sees our faith in action. Grace, being given freely what we have not earned and do not deserve, always exceeds reaping what we have sown. Thank You God for your grace gifts today!

A thought to consider for today.

Our obedience, goodness, service, and even our faith do not enable us to receive God's promises for our life. When we are dependent on God's grace, His unmerited, undeserved and unearned favor, we do.

A thought to consider for today.

Every time we lose ground in our fellowship with God we have placed our thoughts higher than God's, thinking that we knew better than Jesus. We have allowed our worldly cares, our physical and emotional desires, to dominate the "much more" of our Perfect Father.
